Beef Goulash served with homemade Czech style dumplings served with seasonal vegetables

Roast pork belly in cider served with braised red cabbage, dauphinoise potatoes & apple-cider gravy

Pan-fried sea bass served with braised chicory, sweet potato crisps & butter lemon sauce

Homemade ravioli filled with sweet potato served with Parmesan shavings & creamy sage sauce
