Yoga **

Our recently formed Yoga group is proving successful with a mix of 10 female and male members.

Under the expert and friendly tutelage of Kim Woods, the group is already beginning to experience the benefits of yoga, which include lower stress and blood pressure and increase in strength and flexibility. Yoga is also great for the joints and good bone health, pain relief and keeping the mind sharp.

We meet at 14.00 hours for 75 minutes every Wednesday at Smeeton Westerby Village hall.

Kim has been practicing yoga for some 20 years and has completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training with Bahia Yoga in Nottingham and advanced training adjustments training with Ryan Spielman.
