NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED

Dear u3a members,

The time has come to find a new chairman for your committee.  Our current chairman, Christopher Bradburn, will have been in post for three years by the next AGM in January.  That is the maximum amount of time allowed under our constitution.  So please consider joining the committee and applying for the post of chairman/chairwoman/chairperson/chair as we cannot and are not allowed to exist without one.  

Michael Rodber has also said that he wishes to step down form the Publicity role so there is another opportunity for you to join the committee and help spread the u3a message.

Will members please let Jill Lowe, Membership Secretary, know when they change any of their particulars.  One member said she wasn’t getting any communication from us the other day.  When Chris Bradburn tried to ring her, her number was out of service because she had changed or BT had changed her telephone number.  If we don’t have the correct details we can’t keep in contact.
